F2 Impact Consulting
Privacy Notice
Last updated 8 September 2026
This notice covers this website — f2impact.com — and in particular the two AI assessments it hosts. It is written to be read, not to protect us. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it.
The short version
- We do not track you. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, no third-party profiling of your visit.
- Browsing the site collects nothing about you beyond ordinary web server logs.
- If you fill in the contact form or complete an assessment, we get what you typed and your email address, and we use it to reply to you.
- The assessments send your answers to Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, through a paid business account. Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
- We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
- Ask us and we will delete everything we hold about you.
Who we are
F2 Impact Consulting is a small independent consulting practice run by Tracey Fecher and Markus Fromherz. There is no team behind the scenes and no data department — whatever you send through this site is read by us directly. The AI assessments were built by Markus, and the copies they generate go to him.
To reach us about anything in this notice, use the contact form and choose "Privacy or data request." It comes straight to us.
Browsing the site
The pages of this site are static. There are no accounts, no logins, and no cookies set for analytics or advertising. We do not run Google Analytics or any comparable tool, and we do not know who you are when you read a page.
The contact form
If you use the contact form on the home page, your name, email address, organization, and message are delivered to Markus by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree passes the message along and keeps a copy in our account. We use what you send to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for — nothing else.
The AI assessments
This site hosts two conversational assessments — the AI Readiness Assessment and the AI Agent Assessment. Both are run by Ada, a conversational AI advisor we built. Because these ask you real questions about your organization, they are the part of the site worth describing carefully.
What we ask, and what you choose to tell us
Ada asks roughly a dozen questions, such as your name, your organization's name, what it does and who it serves, how your staff spend their time, what systems you keep information in, what you are hoping to improve, and what worries you about AI. Most answers are yours to write freely, so how much you share is genuinely your choice. At the end, Ada asks for an email address so we can send you the report.
Where your answers go
- To your own browser. The conversation so far is saved locally on your device so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off. It expires after 24 hours, and starting over erases it. It never leaves your browser except as described below.
- To Anthropic's Claude. Each time you answer, the conversation is passed through our server to Claude, the AI model that powers Ada, through Anthropic's commercial API on a paid business account. Under those terms Anthropic does not use what you write to train its models. Anthropic holds the conversation only briefly, for the operational and safety purposes set out in its own terms.
- To us. When the assessment finishes, your report is generated and emailed to the address you gave. A copy of the report goes to Markus. For the Readiness Assessment, that copy also includes a spreadsheet of your answers, so the conversation can be picked up without you having to repeat yourself.
We do not keep a separate database of assessments. What we hold is those emails.
What we do with it afterwards
We read it, and Markus may follow up personally about your assessment — that is the point of the exercise. We do not add your address to a newsletter or mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else. Answers may inform how we improve the assessments themselves, but never in a form that identifies your organization to anyone outside this practice.
One request. Please do not enter confidential information in an assessment — no personal details about clients, beneficiaries, donors, or staff, no case data, no credentials. Ada never needs it, and the report will be just as useful without it. Describe your work in general terms and keep the specifics for a conversation under an agreement.
How long we keep things
We keep what you send — a contact message, an assessment report, the answers behind it — for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to.
Ask through the contact form — choose "Privacy or data request" — and we will delete what we hold about you and confirm that we have. You can also ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it. You do not need to give a reason. Use the same email address you gave us, if you have one, so we can find your records.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Add you to a mailing list without your asking.
- Use your assessment answers to train an AI model, or allow anyone else to.
- Publish or quote your organization's answers without asking you first.
Changes to this notice
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
Questions
Send them through the contact form. A question about your own information will get a real answer from a real person.
